Open the previous siteThe Genex 150W 4200K RX7S MH discharge lamp is a double-ended, quartz-enclosed metal halide light source designed for technical and commercial lighting applications that require high light output and good color rendering.
With 14,000 lumens, a color temperature of 4200K, and a color rendering index (Ra) of 82, it provides bright, uniform white light. It is suitable for industrial buildings, warehouses, gyms, storefronts, showrooms, parking lots, and building facades—anywhere large areas need to be illuminated with just a few light fixtures.
It is installed in indoor and outdoor floodlights and fixtures with an RX7S base for 150W metal halide lamps. Its compact dimensions (Ø 24 × 135 mm) allow it to be used even in fixtures with limited space.
Like all discharge lamps, it operates with a 150W metal halide ballast and igniter (or with a dedicated electronic ballast) and must be installed in enclosed fixtures with protective glass. It replaces 150W double-ended metal halide lamps with an RX7S base, such as the HQI-TS and MHN-TD, using the same ballast.
